Remember that your utility players can replace outfield players, but not your goalkeeper (where he counts as a one star player)

That gives us 35 squares in total. Is that correct? Does the start count as a square on the board (i.e. just another Sunday where nothing happens)? I assume it does.

As such the crisis square isn't to be as feared as much as I initially had (knowing my luck that means I'll land on it straight away now). £50k fine and selling your top player in a position for 75% of their value effectively means a 3 star player being sold. That means landing on crisis = Losing a 3 star player and a £5k fine. You've also got a 1 in 6, or approximately 17%, chance of landing on it each turn around the board.

Also I think I'm correct in saying that on every move you have a 1/6 chance of a "neutral" result (i.e. Manager's luck), a 2 / 6 chance of something bad happening, and a 3 / 6 chance of something good. There are exceptions though.

Around the Crisis point it becomes a 3 / 6 chance of something bad happening at the expense of something good (which drops to 2 / 6).

Around the Start square the odds briefly increase to a 4 / 6 chance of something good happening at the expense of something bad (which drops to 1 / 6).



Too much analysis?! Maybe so. But I like to know what I'm dealing with.
